As the sales leader for TR Tax & Accounting Professional Core Market Rob leads a team of 8 Front Line Managers and 140 Sales Reps in the pursuit of exceeding their sales targets. The team is tasked with selling software to small and medium sized Accounting Firms (1-29 person) and helping those firms become more efficient and effective and in turn serve their clients better. To achieve their goals and best serve their client base the team primarily engages using an inside sales model focused on consultative sales techniques.
Rob has led a revenue increase of 171% since 2009 (now over $40M in total sales) and was promoted to Senior Director in January of 2014 after attaining President’s Club status in 2013 behind the strong performance of his team.
Rob also sits on the Thomson Reuters Inside Sales Council and serves as Chapter Co-President for the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals Southeast Michigan Chapter.
